Have you heard?? We are so excited to be starting monthly meetings with art teachers who NEED a community.

We’ve been there…you meet with other specials area teachers, classroom teachers, different grade levels and there’s…well…little you have in common to talk about. It makes it difficult to bounce ideas off of someone or collaborate on things that could benefit all people involved in the conversation and that can be frustrating.

We want to change that!

Once a month, we will meet virtually with other art teachers who need this type of community. The best part? You get to help decide what’s discussed each month. We aren’t claiming to be experts, we are constantly learning every day. It doesn’t matter how long you have been teaching, we all need a team of people in similar positions that do what we do, day in and day out.

In addition to the monthly meetings where you get to hang out with super, awesome, cool people like ourselves, you will receive a resource to go along with what we talked about. Being that the resource will relate to the topic, it will not be available immediately, but created shortly after the meeting. We wish we could work at that speed, but just your average humans over here.

We know it’s hard. We know it’s lonely. We don’t want you to feel that way. We don’t want this to be “just another meeting” where nothing makes sense for you or you get little out of it. We want this to be meaningful for everyone involved (including ourselves).
